Prince is a former J&M Acres graduate who was adopted back in March 2013. He has since been returned to the rescue as of March 22, 2015 to find a new home. His adopter adored him and thought he was quite a character, but unfortunately she was no longer able to care for him and Valse given her age and health.
Prince is a now approximately 25 years old and measures 14.3hh with an athletic build. He does need some TLC and he could do with a bit more weight, but he is spunky as ever!
This is one handsome old boy once you get passed his coat and grumpy-old-man face :) He is a real sweetie once he warms up to you and is full of personality. I am sure he will make his next adopter very happy!
He is a well-broke guy who is quite smooth under-saddle and knows his aids. He is still quite spry for an older boy and has lovely movement as you can see below. He would make a nice English pleasure or trail partner or companion for someone once he gains some weight again. He would be best suited for a confident beginner or intermediate rider as he can be forward and he knows who can ride and who can't.
