Farrah is a cute 5 y/o Standardbred cross mare who stands approx 15.2hh. She is an owner surrender who was given to the rescue through no fault of her own. She was rescued from a kill pen in Washington a few years ago. She is halter broke, good to catch and lead, loads, hauls, is good with other horses, etc.
Farrah gets along well with all the horses and is a very level-headed young mare who is ready to start your way. She is not spooky towards anything – loves the hose and will even drink out of it. She has started with lunging and ground work and has been saddled (both Western and English).
She has gone on a few walks and had a bath and has been good for everything, but will need some more practice with the farrier and her hooves being handled. Her feet are up to date at the moment and she has been dewormed as well. Farrah is a a great horse; a little unsure right now because she doesn't know much, but once she does she'll be amazing. No spook and will be so chill for everything… She just needs work with is her feet as well as the chance to gain confidence.

She is a very sweet and quiet girl who can go in any direction and would be a nice project for an intermediate rider. Contact us if you are interested in this lovely girl
