With that, we have reduced their adoption fees and are offering them as FREE to approved homes. We would like for potential adopters to use the waived fee on a trainer to make sure these boys get the proper start in their new homes if they are to be used for riding.
They are all beautiful and well-mannered boys, but they are still quite nervous around people, especially when anything is asked of them (aka farrier or being haltered and handled).
We just don't have the facilities needed to separate them and work with them on an individual basis. It would be really beneficial for their handling to be adopted into homes that have space to separate them and work with them individually. They have come a long way in the two months that they have been here, but do need dedicated and loving homes who are willing to continue to work with them.
