She has had a tough past and she is much too sensitive to be in this sort of environment; she paces a lot and is constantly calling out. She gets distressed when the horses are moved around, taken off property or if they wander down the back quarter mile to graze.
We know she could be a really lovely mare, but she needs a place more suited for her. According to her previous owner, she is well-broke and would be good for an intermediate rider. She just needs a refresher and regular work.
[MAY 9, 2015 UPDATE]: Annie has been relocated to Hayburner Haven Farm and will now be available for adoption through them. She was far too stressy at our place and was starting to lose weight because of it. We feel that with the large facilities at Hayburner, Annie will be much more comfortable. Huge thank you to Tara for always being there to lend a hand!
