Faith went home almost two weeks ago and her trial is going so well that her new Mom definitely isn't sending her back!
They have been having lots of fun with her and have gone on a few rides, given her a nice bath and just let her hang out. Her new Mom says she is a suck and an all around well-mannered girl and she is just so happy to have found her ♥
Faith is an 8 y/o Thoroughbred mare around 16hh. This is a really nice looking girl and she has good ground manners. She is polite on the lead, moves away and is respectful of personal space. Not to mention, great feet. She is barefoot and has no issues with any type of terrain.
Under-saddle, Faith does well both on the trails and in the ring. She travels over bridges, logs, etc without issues and is fairly mellow and well-behaved. She was a little cheeky on the trails, but no buck or bolt. Was likely ridden by someone who didn't know what they were doing and let her get away with things. In the ring, she is focused and well behaved. She does fine on her own, but did call out to her herd mates a few times.
This girl has a truly stunning movement and her gaits are both beautiful to watch and comfortable to ride. She does need an intermediate-type rider as she is so responsive and soft. I think as long as she is ridden by someone who is competent and equally as gentle, she will do fantastic!
