Dillion is officially adopted! She has been renamed "Patches" in respect for her adoptees Mom's old horse.

As for her adoptee, she has nothing but good things to say about our regal lady: "She is such a sweetheart she's so kind to be around we are absolutely in love. She's brought us closer, even with the animals. I'm very happy and proud to say we love her and would love to adopt her. Anyone that wouldn't adopt her would be crazy, lol. She's gorgeous curious and funny! She's a dream to handle and to be around I'm very, very happy with her".

From her previous owner: "She was given to me about 2 years ago. I was told she had been ridden a few times. I had her out in a field with no where to ride, but i did throw a saddle on her and sat on her and she didn't care at all. She's currently barefoot, up to date on deworming, and is sound. She's really friendly and quiet, is good for the farrier, and the couple times I've trailered her she hasnt even thought twice about getting on."

In our experience with her so far, she is an absolute darling thing. Was very polite at dinner and friendly with the horses over the fence. She is cuddly and sweet. I checked for a tattoo (which she let me do without even a tad bit of fuss), but she doesn't have one. She does however, have really nice, clean legs and good feet. She is not at all headshy and let me pull on her ears.

We did get a chance to ride Dillion and she was great. She is decently broke; she moves off the leg a little, goes forward quietly, backs and is an all-around nice girl.
