This is Smoke, the QH gelding we rescued at the last auction. He was adopted on the ride home from the sale and here he is hanging out at his new home.
They haven't ridden him yet (just saddled him up) as they are waiting for a rather ugly gash on his leg to heal up. They are going to be taking him in for x-rays this week just to be sure.
Otherwise, he is doing great and they are thrilled to have him!
