She has been nothing but a Duchess since being at her new home and her Mom adores her.
She will have a home for the rest of her life with her new family, including the five minis and is yet another poster girl for rescue horses.

NOTES:Duchess is a 12 year old, registered Thoroughbred mare. She is roughly 16hh. Her registered name is Sister Vic.
Duchess came to us in terrible shape on Feb 21, 2011. She definitely still needs some TLC, but she is doing better every day! She is a sweet and quiet girl. Polite on the lead, respectful of space and trailers well. She is well mannered with the farrier too.
She also happens to be Jude/Mickey's dam! He is a yearling Thoroughbred we saved in October 2010.
